Global Menu
This is the primary menu that you'll see when you log in to app.bandwango.com. This is your home base. Scroll down to learn what you can do with each menu item.
(1) Passes & Pass Builder
Here, you'll find a list of all of your passes. Clicking the ✏️ pencil icon will open the Pass Builder where you can make adjustments to your pass(es). This is also where you'll find the option to create a brand new pass!
(2) Prizes
This is the library of your prizes. Here you can view, edit, duplicate and create new prizes from this page. You can also update the available prize inventory, delivery method, shipping or pickup instructions, and more. Once you're in the Pass Builder, you'll be able to add any created prizes to your passes.
🏆 All things points must be edited in the Gamification page of the Pass Builder.
(3) Places
Your network of Places to Go is available here. These are your local businesses, points of interest, and everywhere in-between! This page will include all the Places that have participated on a previous pass or included in Bandwango outreach efforts. You can edit your Places here and add new Places.

You can use your network of Places to help you brainstorm new passes! Do you have a lot of businesses in one region? Lots of bars and restaurants with awesome summer patios? A group of unique local music venues? Open up the Pass Builder and add them to your next project!
(4) Things
Similar to Places and Prizes, this is a list of all Things to Do that have ever been used on one of your passes. It includes all types of inventory -- coupons, admissions, culinary menus, featured items, and quizzes. There are some handy sort options at the top of the page here as well.
❗️ If you make edits to your Things, those changes will reflect on every pass that Thing has been added to. No need to update on each pass!
(5) Reports
This is where you can find all of the real-time data about pass performance, passholders, and more!
(6) Users
Use the Users menu to see who on your team has access to the Bandwango system and add new team members. They will receive an email to finish their signup.

(7) Channels
Channels are how you distribute your passes. Here you can choose which passes to distribute to your guests, edit the content embedded on your website (like signup cards and How It Works). Learn more about how Channels work in our Channels Guide!
(8) Orders
Need to view an individual passholder's order or contact information? Find it here! Need assistance with an order? Reach out to our team via the in-app help center.
(9) Message Lists
If you need to create a new opt-in to add to a channel, you can do that here. You can also edit existing Message Lists.
Be sure to correctly select if a message list is for Bandwango (internal) use or for your organization (external) to use. This will matter when you request messaging through Bandwango's system.
(10) Settings
You'll find here all of your organization's details -- name, address, time zone, and more. You can also update the default colors and images used across your passes (for example: homescreen icon, Experiences tab background, and logos). Any changes here will push out to to all live passes immediately.
❗️Reminder
The home screen icon is a shortcut to our mobile optimized website (similar to a bookmark). Because our passes are not an app, if you change the home screen icon, it will not update on a guest's phone unless they delete and re-save their shortcut.
