Add a Prize to a Pass
First, open the pass that you want to add the prize to, then navigate to the 'Gamification' screen.
Next, create a new prize (here's how!), or add an existing prize by clicking the green +.
Then, you'll configure the rest of your gamification! Here's a handy guide.
Remove a Prize from a Pass
On the Gamification page, use the red trash can to remove a prize from that pass.
If you remove a prize from a live pass, it will be removed for all passholders in real time. If passholders have already redeemed that prize, it is best practice to fulfill that prize as promised.
Edit a Prize
You can edit prizes in the Global 'Prizes' menu or by clicking the pencil icon next to a prize within the Pass Builder Gamification Tab. Changes will push out to all live passes in real time. Common edits include updating inventory and attributes or replacing an image.
Edit Points on a Pass
View the Gamification article for a refresher on how to configure points. If you need to make a change to how many points a prize costs or how many points can be earned, those changes will take effect in real time. Changes will not affect points that people have already earned.
