🧭 All Embeds Disappeared Suddenly

If all your Bandwango embeds (like a signup card) have suddenly stopped appearing, follow these quick checks:

  1. Check your Bandwango subdomain

    • Navigate to Settings → Domains

    • Load your subdomain in a new tab e.g. visit.mysite.com

    • Make sure it loads properly in your browser.

    • If you see an error like NXDOMAIN, 404, or if it redirects elsewhere, your subdomain setup has been broken.

  2. Check Availability Dates

    • Navigate to Passes → [Your Pass] → Dates

    • Have the Dates Someone Can Sign Up for the Pass already passed?

      • If the end date has passed, that item card will automatically stop showing on your site.

    • Update the date range if the pass should still be active.

If the content is still not appearing there may be an issue with your embed code installation.

🎟️ Wrong or Outdated Pass Showing

If the wrong or outdated pass is showing on your site, it’s usually caused by one of two things:

  1. The wrong module code was added to your website.

  2. The module setup in Bandwango has the correct pass, but it’s placed in the wrong display column.

👨‍💻 Check Module Code

  1. Navigate to Channels → [Your Channel] → Embedded in Bandwango, click “View Instructions” to see all your modules.

  2. Confirm the missing module appears under Element 2: Specific Module Elements.

  3. On your website, open the page’s source code or inspect the element in your browser.

    • Make sure this HTML code is present and matches your module ID:

Example Module Code:

<div class="bwmodule" data-bwmoduleid="XXXX"></div>

🛠️ Check Module Display Settings

If the module is present but still not showing the correct pass:

  1. In the same Embedded Page, scroll down to Web Page Elements.

  2. Click the ✏️ (pencil) icon next to the module in question.

  3. Check which column your experience is in:

    • Shown Column = Visible on site

    • Hidden Column = Not visible

  4. Drag the experience to the Shown Column if you want it visible.

  5. Click Save, then reload your website.

🧠 Still not right?

Contact Bandwango Support and include:

  • The page URL where the wrong pass appears

  • A screenshot of what’s showing

  • The correct pass name or link for reference

📐 Sizing Issues

If your Product Card or How It Works module looks cut off, too narrow, or stacked oddly, it’s usually due to the container size on your website.

This is especially common on platforms like Wix.

Try the following:

  • If the content is cut off or not fully showing:
Stretch the container on all sides until the full module is visible.

  • If the module is too narrow or thin:
Stretch the container horizontally until the module fills the full width of the page.

  • If the “How It Works” appears vertically instead of horizontally:
Separate the Product Card and How It Works modules into two different containers, then stretch each container horizontally until both display at full width.

Once adjusted, save and refresh your page to confirm the layout appears correctly.

🧩 Formatting Issues (Looks Broken but Functional)

If your Bandwango embed appears misaligned, oddly spaced, or “broken” but still works, it’s usually related to how it’s embedded.

This is especially common on WordPress sites.

Try the following:

  1. Reinstall the embed from scratch

    • Follow the correct WordPress embed tutorial for your version of WordPress.

    • Reinstalling the code often resolves formatting issues.

  2. Check for duplicate embeds

    • If you see two carts or modules, the embed code was likely pasted twice.

    • Remove any duplicate code snippets.

  3. Watch for plugin conflicts

    • Some WordPress plugins can strip Bandwango’s CSS, causing product cards or layouts to “drop off.”

    • If this happens, you may need assistance from your web developer or the Bandwango dev team to restore proper styling.

Once corrected, refresh your site to confirm the layout appears as expected.

🧠 Still not right?

  • The page URL where the formatting issue appears

  • A screenshot of what’s showing

🗺️ The Map is not Working on “Learn More” Page and/or the Mobile Pass

If your map isn’t loading correctly and you're seeing the javascript error below, contact Bandwango Support. This is a very easy fix, however, it can only be completed by Bandwango admins. When reaching out, please include a link to the page where the map isn’t loading.
