Adding Places and Things to Passes in Bandwango Admin
Getting passholders out into local communities is Bandwango’s top priority. A key first step in building a successful pass is defining the activities and experiences you want users to engage with. Each pass type includes predefined Activities that participating Places must offer to be included in the program.
Once you’ve identified the Places and Activities you want to feature, you’re ready to add them to your mobile pass.
Pass Types and Allowed Activity Types
All passes use predefined pass types (e.g., Free Savings, Gamified, Itinerary, Restaurant Week). Each pass type only allows specific Activity types.

Add Pass Activities (Check-In, Coupon, Quiz, etc).
Click “Passes”
Click “+ Create a Pass” or click on the Pass you want to edit.
Under “Activities” click “Manage Activities”
Search for the Place Activities you’d like to add to a pass. For example, for a gamified pass, select the Place “Check-In” and optional “Coupon”.
Click "Save Changes"
