Introducing Favorites on the Mobile Pass
Your pass just got more personal. Passholders can now favorite Places on your pass with a single tap, building their own shortlist of the spots they're most excited to visit (or revisit).
Why we built it
A great pass can carry dozens of Places. That's wonderful for discovery, but it's a lot to take in when standing on a street corner deciding where to go next. Favorites give passholders a way to cut through the list. They heart the Places that catch their eye or were particularly memorable, then come back to a shortlist whenever they're ready to move.
For you, that's deeper engagement. Passholders who favorite are passholders who are planning visits, and the more they plan, the more they show up at your local businesses.
A shortlist, one tap away
Once a passholder has favorited a few Places, the heart filter on the list shows only their favorites. That's their personal itinerary, ready to go. Before they've saved anything, a friendly empty state invites them to start hearting.
What to know
Favorites are per pass. Each pass keeps its own set, so a passholder's favorites on your Ale Trail won't mix with their favorites on a different pass.
Favorites travel with the passholder. They now save to the passholder's account and persist across devices and sessions. Favorites saved before this update lived only in the passholder's browser, so anyone who hearted Places earlier may need to set them again.

Place Favorites is live on your passes automatically, with nothing to configure. Your passholders can start building their shortlist today!
