Pass creators may want to display locations in a specific sequence rather than the default alphabetical order. Customizing sort order is perfect for passes that rely on progression or storytelling—such as scavenger hunts, guided tours, step-by-step challenges, or itinerary-style experiences. This quick guide shows you how to reorder your locations in just a few clicks.
Customize Your Sort Order
Follow these simple steps to rearrange locations on your pass:
Step 1: Navigate to Passes
From the left-hand menu, click Passes.
Step 2: Edit Your Pass
Find the pass you want to update and click on the pass name to open the editor.
Step 3: Open the Customization Menu
Select Customization to view additional options and setting for your pass.
Step 4: Click Place Sort Order
Click Place Sort Order.
Then click on the toggle button next to Place Custom Sort Order
Step 5: Adjust Sort Order
You can now adjust the default alphabetical order by either using the up and down arrows next to each place name or by changing the order number to the spot of your choosing.
Step 7: Save Your Changes
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to confirm your updates.
