Pass creators may want to display locations in a specific sequence rather than the default alphabetical order. Customizing sort order is perfect for passes that rely on progression or storytelling—such as scavenger hunts, guided tours, step-by-step challenges, or itinerary-style experiences. This quick guide shows you how to reorder your locations in just a few clicks.
Customize Your Sort Order
Follow these simple steps to rearrange locations on your pass:
Step 1: Navigate to Passes
From the left-hand menu, click Passes.
Step 2: Edit Your Pass
Find the pass you want to update and click the pencil icon to open the editor.
Step 3: Open the Places To Go List
Select Places To Go to view all locations included on your pass.
Step 4: Adjust Sort Order
Click Sort Order.
You can now drag and drop locations into your preferred custom order.
Step 5: Revert if Needed
If you’d like to undo your custom sequence and return to alphabetical order, use the dropdown menu to select that option.
Step 6: Save Your Changes
Click Save Sort Order to confirm your updates.
