We're happy to introduce embeddable audio and video clips which can be placed in your mobile pass dashboard or on a business or place listing.
📺 Videos
Can be embedded from a YouTube or Vimeo URL, or via file upload.
Your file must be an MP4 and smaller than 500 mb.
🎧 Audio
Drag & drop to upload compatible files.
Your file must be one of MP3, OGG, WAV, or M4A formats and smaller than 500 mb.
❗️NOTE: You can only add one audio clip and one video respectively.
Steps to Add Audio and/or Video Content to the Mobile Pass Dashboard
Open up the Pass Builder for the pass you want to update.
In the Pass Builder menu, click Customization.
Scroll down to and click the section titled Advanced Content - toggle on.
Here's where you can add your video or audio content!
Save your changes.
Steps to Add Audio and/or Video to your Place Listings
Open up the Pass Builder for the pass you want to update.
In the Pass Builder menu, click Customization.
Scroll down to and click the section titled Place Overrides.
Select the three dots (...) and click Pass Overrides.
Scroll down and toggle on Add Advanced Content.
Here's where you can add your video content or audio clip!
Save your changes.
