Required Assets for Bandwango Passes

Breakdown of the required image assets needed to launch your pass. Many of the assets can be found in Settings > Branding

1. Add to Homescreen Icon (512x512 px)

Added in "Settings under the Branding tab" must be a PNG or JPG

This logo will appear as the ‘Save to Homescreen’ icon on a passholder’s

mobile device screen. All passes will be housed under the same icon, so it

is important that it represents your organization as a whole.

Note: We recommend a square logo for best results

2. Primary Color

Select your brands primary color as a hex value. The preview section shows you how your color will be branded

3. Horizontal Organization Logo (512x128 px)

Added in "Settings under the Branding tab" must be a PNG or JPG

This logo will appear on the top left of your mobile passes.

4. Email Banner Image (1260x560 px)

Added in "Settings under the Branding tab" must be a PNG or JPG

This email image will live at the top of all emails sent from the Bandwango

platform. This image should be generic to your organization as it will be

used across different passes.

5. Login/Experiences Background Image (800x1200 px)

Added in "Settings under the Branding tab" must be a PNG or JPG

This image will show in the background on the Experiences page on the

mobile pass. This image needs to be an image without text. It also should

not be a solid color. This image should be generic to your organization as

it will be used across different passes.

6. Favicon

Displayed on the passholder's browser tab when they are interacting with a pass landing page.


Pass Branding


7. Mobile Pass Header (1280x640 px)

Added in the specific pass under "Passes" > in the "Customization" tab > "Pass Details" > under "Pass header" must be a PNG or JPG

This will appear at the top of the mobile pass and on the integrated item

card used for sign-up or purchase. This image should be specific to the

pass it represents.

8. Learn More Description - Before Sign Up (80-200 words)

Added in the specific pass under "Passes" > in the "Checkout" tab > "Details & Policy" > under "Learn More"

This description will be shown to website visitors before they sign up for

the pass. What information is relevant and enticing to ensure a

conversion from website visitor to passholder?

9. Mobile Pass Description - After Sign Up (80-200 words)

Added in the specific pass under "Passes" > in the "Customization" tab > "Pass Details" > under "Description"

This description will be shown to passholders on their mobile pass. What

information should they have when they are ready to start using their pass?

Feeling stuck creating a pass or learn more description? Select the "Generate Description" button to generate a description automatically. Make sure to review this description, as some information may need to be adjusted to reflect the messaging behind your pass
